Aruba 2540 switch configuration

Terminal configuration

• Connect a console cable to the switch and configure the PuTTy with the following settings
  • Baud rate: 1200 to 115200 (preferably 115200, the switch autosenses the speed
  • 8 data bits, 1 stop bits, no parity and flow control set to off
  • Press <Enter> twice to enter switch console prompt
• Run setup at the switch console prompt to enter switch setup
• Use <TAB> to navigate the menu

• Configure the switch as follow:
  • System Name: KULCORSW001
  • Manager Password: $zcvMMf45$
  • Community Name: QtB`B6=KrrD{+w6,?sO
  • IP address: 10.113.10.11
  • Subnet mask: 255.255.128.0
